Our service has been inspected by the regulator body and we are delighted that we are meeting essential outcomes – as required. So you can be re-assured that the service we give will be of the highest quality.

A written description of your needs and what tasks you would like performed on each visit.
At BAC Care we endeavour to keep our caring staff to a minimum for each service user.
Every week your co-ordinators will send you a client care plan with times and names of your carers that are calling on you for that week.
We will arrange for a key safe to be fitted or we will be a key holder for you.
We are a professional company and all care staff are working towards or have achieved NVQ level status.
That depends on what times and days you require, we can usually commence your care within a week or two.
